Where is my order?Please allow 3 days for processing and 7-10 days to arrive! If you have still not received your kit after this time frame, please reach out and we will be happy to assist!  

Where is my order shipping from? All of our orders are shipped from California & Michigan!

My Pro Kit only came with 3 bags of Jelly Wax: Make sure to check inside of your Jelly Wax Warmer! We put 3 bags in the box and one bag inside of the Warmer! 

My Pro + kit only came with 4 bags of Jelly Wax: Unfortunately our Shipping carriers delayed our newest shipment of Pro + Add ons which contain the additional 5 bags of Jelly Wax. We're working hard to get them to us as quickly as possible but they are currently en route. The expected arrival time is March 30. Once we receive these, we will be shipping all Pro+ Add ons! If you were affected, please check your e-mail for a notice that was sent out in late February & early March.

My Jelly Wax Warmer keeps turning on and off: If you notice your warmer turning on and off, don't worry! Your warmer isn't broken! This is just the Auto Heat Adjustment System. Your warmer automatically regulates temperature so that it does not overheat and break.
